Signature Sponsor – $1,000 to $5,000

Our signature sponsorships include everything in the “Premium Sponsor” tier below. In addition, we’ll add your logo to the Focus on the Story 2020 promotional poster and link your logo at the bottom of Focus on the Story emails sent during June to people on our mailing list.

With that as a starting point, we’ll build a package that gets you the best possible return on your investment, including prominent exposure at our third annual Visual Storytelling Summit, May 28 – 31 — four intense days of speakers, workshops, photowalks and portfolio reviews that kicks off our festival.

The Visual Storytelling Summit, which requires a paid registration, draws serious photographers, including documentary family photographers, street photographers and other passionate professionals and avid enthusiasts. In 2019, the event drew about 200 attendees.

In 2020, we we want to work with brands to tailor sponsorship packages that best fit their needs. We’ll customize your experience, such as setting up gear loaning  opportunities, sponsored talks, panels, photowalks, workshops and demonstrations. There are also opportunities for sponsoring the opening night party and branding of t-shirts, registration bags, festival passes and lanyards.

  • A full-page ad in the Focus on the Story festival booklet handed out to every attendee of the four-day Visual Storytelling Summit and at select Focus on the Story 2020 events.
