Happy Hour at Bammy's: Celebrating 10 Years of IGDC

Join us for an outdoors happy hour at Bammy’s in Yards Park on DC’s southeast waterfront as the Focus on the Story International Festival salutes IGDC’s 10-year anniversary. Founded in 2011, IGDC has encouraged and nurtured countless local photographers to pick up their cameras and explore the DC metro area. Through instameets, photowalks, brand collaborations and daily features, IGDC has built a vibrant, diverse community that chronicles the stories of our great city.

And be sure to follow @IGDC and participate in their scavenger hunt . They’ll be hiding prizes throughout the city from their favorite local businesses.

Here’s how it will work:

• • Follow IGDC June 20-27, 2021.
  • Every morning, they’ll hide an IGDC “IOU” card at the location of our daily feature.
  • Whoever finds it first, posts a photo to their Instagram Story tagging IGDC, wins!
  • IGDC will share your story tagging the local businesses that will give you gift cards as the winner.
