With less than four months before Click DC kicks off, we’re highlighting some of the great photography happening in the area. From now until June, we’ll be inviting local photographers to take over the @ClickDCFest Instagram feed to help shine a light on the vibrant and diverse photography community here in the DC area.
Last week, we featured Geoff Livingston, a local photographer who runs workshops and meetups throughout the year. He’ll be hosting a June 13 workshop in Dupont Underground as part of Click DC. Dupont Underground is a former subway spur that has been converted into subterranean event and arts space.
Geoff shared some of the photos he has taken at this unique venue on our Instagram feed. Of the image above, Geoff says, ““I take a lot of photos for Dupont Underground as a volunteer. This is one of my favorites as it captures the awesomeness of the many art exhibits that find their way into the facility. This woman was looking at projected video against the far wall, while surrounded by graffiti, most notably the Aladdin illustration that is looking right at her.”
